Colleges push for more resources to support prison education programs

Learning societal rules about touching and personal space is the lesson of the day in Heidi Arnold’s interpersonal communications class.

“How many of you were raised in a touchy-feely house?” she asks her class of 17 women.

The communications class is part of the business pathway program at Sinclair Community College.
